Deadline
Reservations must be made by July 22, 2013, in order to guarantee special rates. However, we highly encourage you to reserve your room in advance since most properties will become sold out.

*Be wary of solicitations from unauthorized hotel and housing providers. APCO’s official housing provider is Orchid (formerly The Housing Connection). APCO is aware that in the past, several hotel booking companies have contacted our exhibitors claiming to be affiliated with APCO. This is not the case. None of these companies is affiliated with APCO and or has been authorized by APCO to contact anyone regarding housing for APCO 2013. The only official housing provider for APCO is Orchid.
APCO’s special housing rates can only be provided when making reservations through APCO’s official housing provider, Orchid Events Solutions. Links to hotel sites have been added as a courtesy for you to view the hotel, sleeping rooms, etc.

Deposit Info
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a check deposit or a credit card guarantee in the amount equaling a deposit for one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Tax is currently 17% and is subject to change. Housing forms received without a valid guarantee or deposit will not be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations after July 22, 2013 and prior to 48 hours before the arrival date will be subject to a $50 processing fee. One night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the arrival date.
